R&D Properties is the trading name adopted by R&D Aggregates Ltd to accurately reflect the company's current trading operations.
R&D Aggregates Ltd was formed on the 31st of March 1982 from the split up of Roads and Drives Ltd which had occupied Lisle Avenue in Kidderminster since 1949.
As the name suggests R&D Aggregates Ltd was involved in quarrying but in the 1990s difficult market conditions persuaded it to concentrate on the secondary activity of commercial property development and letting.
We own a considerable portfolio of units and offices on a well established industrial estate in Kidderminster less than 2 miles from the town centre.
We are a family run company that aims to provide commercial property at a competitive rate and with a high degree of service to the tenants.
To enable us to provide a high level of service to our customers we have a prominently located office on Lisle Avenue so we can rapidly respond to tenants' needs.
We only let buildings we own and we retain responsibility for the maintenance of the exterior of the building and common areas.
